Refund Policy

At Lipique, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal nature of cosmetics, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and supporting photos.
  • We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


Please note that Lipique cannot issue refunds or replacements due to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal preferences (such as color, scent, or texture).
